Overview
The New Hampshire State Referee Committee (NHSRC) seeks to promote the training and ongoing education of soccer officials under the Laws of the Game as amended by the Federation Internationale de Football Association (FIFA), The International Football Association Board (IFAB) and the United States Soccer Federation (USSF), as well as promote the safety, equality and enjoyment of the sport of soccer throughout the State of New Hampshire. The NHSRC is responsible for the administration, registration, development, and evaluation of U.S. Soccer Referees in the state of New Hampshire.

Esse has 45 Date and Time Topic Presenters Esse Baharmast Information Esse has 45 years of experience with U.S. Soccer across its refereeing and coaching programs. He currently serves as a FIFA Instructor and a member of the CONCACAF Referee Committee. He was a FIFA Referee from 1993-1998 and officiated over a dozen World Cups and Olympic Games. He’s received several accolades for his dedication to this sport, including the 2020 Werner Fricker Award, the 1997 MLS Referee of the Year Award, and an induction to the National Soccer Hall of Fame. Along with his commitment to serving the game, Esse is dedicated to helping referees reach their highest potential through his work as a National Referee Coach of 26 years and his contributions to the Colorado Soccer Association and State Referee Committee.
